Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

Interappy, LLC (“Interappy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds focused software tools for people who use AI to do their work. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our products and website (collectively, the “Services”), including:

• PrettyPaste — a macOS menu bar app that transforms clipboard content before you paste
• Surface — a web application for turning local files into shareable links

By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use our Services.

2. Age Requirements

Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on another party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or infrastructure
• Use our Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the availability or performance of our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our software
• Violate any applicable laws, including export control, sanctions, or human trafficking laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated these terms.

4. PrettyPaste

PrettyPaste is a macOS menu bar application that processes clipboard content entirely on your device. No clipboard data is ever transmitted to our servers. We have no visibility into what you copy or paste.

PrettyPaste is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not redistribute or resell PrettyPaste without our written permission.

5. Surface

Surface allows you to upload files and receive shareable links. By uploading content to Surface, you:

Represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to upload and share it
• The content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party

Grant us a limited license to:

• Store, host, and serve your uploaded files for the purpose of operating the Service
• Display your content to recipients you authorize through sharing links

This license is limited to what is necessary to operate Surface. We do not claim ownership of your content, do not use it for advertising, and do not train AI models on it.

Understand that:

• Links created without a signed-in account expire automatically after 7 days
• Links created by signed-in users remain active until deleted
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Interappy and its products, including all associated software, design, and branding, are owned by Interappy, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or branding.

Your content remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over the files you upload or the content you process through our products, beyond the limited license described in Section 5.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers including Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) and Google (authentication for Surface). Your use of any third-party features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interappy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
